Sichuan Crispy Pork (GF) 🌶️

British pork belly, marinated with Chinese spirit and Sichuan spices, Sichuan peppercorns and corn flour, triple fried and served with two dips. One of the most renowned street foods in China. 


Marinated Duck Liver 🌶️

French duck liver marinated with chilli oil, soy sauce and sesame paste, seasoned with Sichuan peppers.

Beef with Shia Mushroom

Sliced British beef fried with earthy “Shia” mushrooms. Strong and savoury. 


Yu Shiang Aubergine (VG)🌶️

Fingers of aubergines, flash-fried with wood ear mushrooms, red peppers and bamboo shoots. Sweet and sour with a hint of spicy. 


Sichuan Fish Stew (GF)🌶️🌶️🌶️

Tender slices of Long Lee fish served in a fragrant soup with Sichuan pickled greens. A fresh, spicy hit.


Hung Shiao Pork Belly

Diced Spanish pork belly, slow-cooked with Sichuan peppercorns and star anise. Rich and aromatic. 


Mapo Tofu (VG upon request)🌶️🌶️🌶️

Cubes of silken tofu boiled in a rich beef stock with pungent Sichuan peppers. A Sichuan classic.


Gung Bao King Prawns (GF)🌶️

Coated king prawns with spring onions, stir-fried with sun-dried chillies and peanuts, “Lychee Fragrant”.

Diced British chicken thighs with courgettes and spring onions, stir-fried with sun-dried chillies and peanuts,  “Lychee Fragrant”.
